Auropharma.co.in may not be able to offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment service for a few products.The ServeSHIELD Warranty Extension plan is being sold by Letsbuy and administered by ServePro Warranty Services Private Limited , a warranty management company. This plan is applicable only in India. The sole purpose of this plan shall be repair or replacement of defective part(s) as provided above. ServePro will perform services using reasonable care and skill. Under no circumstances ServePro or Letsbuy shall be liable to the end user or any third party for any damages; included but not limited to loss of: data, operating system, application software, business, revenue or profits; or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or non consequential damages whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based or breach of services, contract or negligence in connection with the sale of the product even if ServePro or one of its commercial affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case will the total compensation exceed the original purchase price of the product less taxes and cost of services delivered by us. All expressed and implied services for the product under this plan , are limited in duration to the services periods set forth above and no services, whether expressed or implied, will apply after such period. Except as stated above, no other services of any kind, express or implied, extend beyond the express services as referenced above. We expressly disclaim any services, express or implied, that the spare parts used in repair of product hereunder are of merchantable quality or fit for a particular purpose, and disclaim any other services provided by statute, common law or course of dealing, usage or trade not expressly provided herein.
